Refund Policy

Our Return Policy is simple and hassle free. SIRAAT will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item with the receipt of original order. Please re-utilize our flyer or some other great quality shopping bag at home to pack items. We will refund your amount via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer. Please write your account details on the back of the invoice. We will refund the invoice amount to you within 5 working days.

The exchange process may require 5 to 7 days and the noteworthy client will simply have to pay the transportation fee.

Note: Only wrong sizes and defective items are discounted or traded in SALE.

We notify you once we’ve received and examined your return, and let you know whether the refund was endorsed or not. Whenever endorsed, you'll be naturally refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
